What you need to do is recode the video so it is smaller in size (MB's) but since it came off a digital camera the quality already probably isn't great. You can try this program called AnyVideoConverter (free) to convert the file to a smaller compatible format. Or you could try to cut out some of the unnecessary part of the video with Advanced Video Editing.Links below:
